Einsendebedingungen
Diese Hinweise erklären, wie Karteneinsendungen für das Living Dex Project behandelt werden.
1. Freiwillige Einsendung
Mit dem Einsenden einer Karte bestätigst du, dass die Karte dir gehört und du sie freiwillig für das Living Dex Project einsendest.
2. Keine Bezahlung, keine Spendenquittung
Für eingesendete Karten erfolgt keine Bezahlung. Es wird keine steuerliche Spendenquittung oder Zuwendungsbestätigung ausgestellt.
3. Keine Leihgabe und keine automatische Rückgabe
Bitte sende keine Karte ein, die du später zurückhaben möchtest. Einsendungen sind als dauerhafte Unterstützung des Projekts gedacht und nicht als Leihgabe.
4. Dokumentation der Karte
Nach Erhalt kann die Karte fotografiert, im digitalen Living Dex eingetragen und im physischen Binder einsortiert werden. Öffentlich erscheinen können Pokémon-Nummer, Pokémon-Name, Kartenfoto und dein freiwillig angegebener Name oder Nickname.
5. Auswahl für den Binder
Ziel ist pro Pokémon eine besonders schöne Karte mit starkem Artwork. Wenn mehrere Karten für dasselbe Pokémon eintreffen, behalten wir uns vor, welche Karte dauerhaft im Hauptbinder bleibt. Zusätzliche Karten können als Reserve, Austauschkarte oder Projektmaterial aufbewahrt werden.
6. Versandrisiko
Für Verlust oder Beschädigung auf dem Postweg übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Bitte verpacke die Karte gut geschützt. Bei wertvolleren Karten empfehlen wir vorherige Kontaktaufnahme und versicherten Versand mit Sendungsverfolgung.
7. Minderjährige
Minderjährige sollten Karten nur mit Zustimmung der Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten einsenden.
8. Datenschutz
Private Absenderadressen werden nicht veröffentlicht. Dein Name, Nickname oder Instagram-Account wird nur veröffentlicht, wenn du ihn freiwillig beilegst oder ausdrücklich zur Veröffentlichung freigibst.
9. Projektziel
Das Ziel ist der schönste Community-Living-Dex: ein echter Binder, virtuell dokumentiert, mit starken Artworks für jedes Pokémon. Die Karte muss nicht teuer sein – entscheidend ist, dass sie optisch überzeugt.
Contribution terms
These notes explain how card contributions to the Living Dex Project are handled.
1. Voluntary contribution
By sending a card, you confirm that the card belongs to you and that you send it voluntarily for the Living Dex Project.
2. No payment, no donation receipt
No payment is made for submitted cards. No tax donation receipt or contribution certificate can be issued.
3. Not a loan and no automatic return
Please do not send any card that you want returned later. Contributions are intended as permanent support for the project and not as loans.
4. Documentation of the card
After receiving the card, it may be photographed, entered into the digital Living Dex and placed in the physical binder. Public entries may show Pokémon number, Pokémon name, card photo and the name or nickname you voluntarily provided.
5. Binder selection
The goal is one especially beautiful card with strong artwork for each Pokémon. If multiple cards for the same Pokémon arrive, we reserve the right to decide which card stays permanently in the main binder. Additional cards may be kept as reserve cards, replacement cards or project material.
6. Shipping risk
We are not liable for loss or damage during shipping. Please pack the card well protected. For valuable cards, we recommend contacting us first and using insured shipping with tracking.
7. Minors
Minors should send cards only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
8. Privacy
Private sender addresses are not published. Your name, nickname or Instagram account is published only if you include it voluntarily or clearly approve publication.
9. Project goal
The goal is the most beautiful community Living Dex: a real binder, virtually documented, with strong artworks for every Pokémon. The card does not have to be expensive — what matters is visual impact.
